Processing Time

• All orders are handmade in NYC. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

• During launches or limited drops, processing times may extend slightly due to high demand.
  
   

Shipping Methods & Times

• Domestic (U.S.): USPS First Class or Priority Mail, typically 3–7 business days after processing.

• International: 7–21 business days depending on location and customs.

• Tracking numbers are provided once shipped.
  
   

Customs & Duties

• International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
  
   

RETURNS & EXCHANGES​

• Because each piece is handmade and produced in limited runs, all sales are final.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The item arrives damaged or defective (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos).

• If approved, we’ll replace the item. If not available, store credit will be issued.
